He feels entitled as he did to Shirley success,money ,her name he forged in Sh…,his lawyer .Even when it was her paying for those phone calls he felt entitled to in her dime talk to this woman even after hearing how stressed out she was,what she was dealing with ,he could careless. This woman after over 5 decades in radio,never was involved in any scandals ,worked hard to get what she had and she has lost all of it or most even her reputation at 69yrs old and having to find a apartment. Meanwhile he is chilling in jail,having conversations with one of his sidepieces knowing he has ruined Shirley’s life ,her job maybe in jeopardy. It is said on Monday during her Strawberry letter she will address this and hopefully that includes her having left him months ago.

Ernesto also knows his reality, but is simply entertaining the other woman to get her emotionally attached to ensure he has companionship while he’s behind bars. He’s asking the other woman questions, not for her help, but to see how much she knows; hints saying, “dammmnnnn”. Ernesto is simply entertaining this woman because he wants her to feel like she’s his number one. It’s a jail game every inmate plays because they have to have resources to access the outside. More than likely, Shirley got the bill from the calls the other woman has been making to the lawyers office and rescinded services for the lawyer.

But she and they have to know ,this man is the OG of criminality ,which is why he said very little,but Wow and ,What. These calls were last year,he had only been locked up for 3 months and thought again he beat the system. He is thinking he would get out ,be able to get some you know what ,maybe get bail and so do his girlfriend,knew he had taken everything he could already from Shirley. But here his charges increased to 18 new charges. I think Shirley was able to see those charges as it was her who put money in his account,she had to also see his calls to this woman,her name knowing while she was paying for this here he was talking to her on her dime.
