Ive put this on everynight while journaling and meditating, then to fall asleep to. If you have a thin pillow and put your phone under it, you can feel yhe vibrations from the music. It really helps me meditate. I go through cycles of listening to different "sleepy time" music, so ill have to check out other soundtracks from this channel when i need a switch-up!

When i was younger id help my grandparents in their daycare, by being the daycare assistant. Id watch and make sure everyone was asleep during nap time, and the music that played to help everyone sleep was very similar to this. It brings back good memories.

Every sleep music I listen to has a picture of something on and it keep me distracted while I look at it but while I look at this one I feel calm and all my angers have gone away flew away into thin air and u can't get distracted while u try to get to sleep at like 10 o clock at night or whatever time ur watching this at but if u are reading this u should have a kind heat ❤and when u die u should end up in heaven (I am a kind hearted person but my lil sister anoits me and I get angry for the rest of the day but this music made that all go away)person reading this u should end up in heaven and have a great life
