Regarding cognitive issues and age, we should really pay attention to the ones in Congress as well. Maybe a neurological exam should be a prerequisite to running for President, period!
He already has had neurological testing, are we going to examine them every month now? I think every quarter is probably over kill, but I am okay with making every member of Congress regardless of age taking a cognitive exam.
