ᴴᴰ 2000 IVECO Daily: Start up, tour & drive

The Iveco Daily is a large light commercial vehicle. This one has a suction diesel engine with 66 kW (90 hp) with five-speed gearbox, and its veeeeery slow. Daily is the Mike Tyson of the van world, noticeably stronger and tougher than the opposition. Sitting on a ladder frame chassis, the Daily is a big truck scaled down rather than a smaller van scaled up. Perfect reliable delivery van, not very comfortable, but this is a transport truck anyway.

Wow, it's very slow indeed. I have a 2.3 hpi (turbo) and it goes much faster than that. Your 2.8 engine is well known as being the easiest to work on and the toughest one. But I didn't know it was THAT slow. I think I dont envy you anymore!

At the time, I thought I was having a problem with the fuel pump, but it really just had to change the fuel filter and now it drives properly as it should.
