- Do you want to know how to fix safe mode loop on PS4 and exit safe mode! To do this there are 7 different options you can try. Go to restart ps4, change the resolution on the ps4 and by pass safe mode, update the system software using the internet, restore default settings, rebuild the database, initialize, initialize with system software! Then try unplugging the PS4 from the wall outlet.

No it just say safe mode and hook usb to controller to connect once that happens it says hit you power button on controller cannot start ps4 and it’s asking for reinstallation what happened
I deleted all my things but I could sign into my ps4 accounts so does that mean it works or na but I don’t remeber my main account that had safe mode

@@Toastee16 say you were watching tv right, and a storm was happening and the power went off. It’ll reboot starting from safe mode to protect the system from crashing. Well I accidentally kicked the outlet (old house don’t ask) that powers EVERYTHING in my room and it shorted my ps4 out and it’s stuck in safe mode. Now it won’t turn on anymore. I almost got it out using the video but my ps4 overheated and stopped working 😔

for some reason my USB charges the controller but it doesnt turn while its plugged up 🤔 ive just been forced to be on the screen
That means you have a janky charger bro, use a syncing and charging cable

That doesnt even come up for me it says its in safe mode, retsart the ps4 with some new usb storage thing.
My ps4 eventually turns on, theres plwnty of storage in the ps4 and no updates.

I chose restore default settings and lost every bit of saved data that’s on my ps4👍🏻

Forgot I put that comment but in the end I got most of my stuff back apart from any of my single player saves from god of war and a few Minecraft worlds and I had to sort all my settings out again but apart from that it did the job and my PlayStations fine now
the option that worked for me was restore data base all it does is restart ur ps4 to irs default changes, you loose nothing but for me my user got signed out all i had to do my sign back in. all my other users did not get affected by this and No ur progess does not get deleted

To get to this menu hold your power button down until it beeps twice for everybody wondering how to get to the stage. I'm at the stage where I've tried every single thing one through seven, and still, it only gets to 33%😮😅 now what? I'm asking the same thing! 😏 😅

My PS4 Pro is busted. It did nothing but turn off and go right back to "Safe Mode" after selecting each and every option on the screen several times over and also the fan won't turn, so it just overheats quickly. Also, the power button quit on me in the midst of trying to restart the system. .this is not a good day.
I still have my PS5, but my Pro allowed me do more than game with it's internet browser that I frequently used.

1:Turn off completely your PS4
2:Hold the Power button until you hear 2 beeps "the second beep come after 7 seconds"
3:Connect the Controller with an USB cable or charger cable
4:Press the PS button from the Controller

Usually if it’s in the loop, once it’s starts to reset again, hold the ps button until it beeps and it’ll open the menu!
