If you've stumbled across this description the name is Jugglet I'm a nice guy...I mainly play Dead by Daylight and various Horror games even though I'm open to NEW games...DBD is an Asymmetric multiplayer horror game, with an ever-changing roster of NEW Killers and Survivors.
A NEW Chapter releases every 3 months.
My current main is The Oni, I do however enjoy playing near enough all killers...especially when a new chapter releases.
My videos consist of Salt, wholesome, guides, quiz's and compilations. I will also be uploading new horror playthroughs when I get the chance.
Also I main Bill as survivor.

I love devour hope. Either it gets cleansed in the first 30 seconds or it brings the game to a grinding halt for survivors. They HAVE to cleanse it once you get that 3rd token or it's a guaranteed loss for them.
Forced penance has the unique benefit of working with ALL hits, not just basic attacks. This means it's decently strong on killers like legion or deathslinger, really anyone who can quickly hit and pressure multiple survivors at the same time. (Protection hits occur when the game thinks your interacting with or chasing 2+ survivors at a time)
Hex: crowd control is decent on killers like Bubba or maybe nurse as it stops them from vaulting back and basically shutdowns most loops for a full minute. You read that right, the vault location is blocked for a every survivor for a full minute after one person vaults it. It also has the extra benefit of being rare. Rare killers/perks can definitely catch people off guard and get you free downs at times.
Dissolution would immediately skyrocket from terrible to balanced if they just didn't tell surivors it was active. Its so God damn obvious after a single use that idk why they need the extra warning. Btw it's not clearly expressed anywhere, but it applies to all survivors while active. For example, 3 seconds after you down Bill, the Meg, Dwight, and David can all shatter any pallet within your terror radius.
Btw for anyone who's relatively new, perks like dark devotion fully transfer your terror radius. This means perks like unnerving and dissolution will now be briefly tied to the obsessions location instead of yours.
Wesker: Awakened awareness is nasty with starstruck.
Terminus is practically a weaker but more permanent Hex: no one escapes death.
Superior anatomy is a meme. That's my only defence of it. It's funny in vault builds.
Hubris is best paired with brutal strength or a pallet munching killer. As soon as a good team knows you have it, every single pallet will be predropped guaranteed. Btw it's every stun excluding wiggling free. So blast mine, flashlights, head on, etc. all proc it.
Bonus fact: breaking free of deathslingers chain also procs hubris. However, getting shot injures you anyway, so that exposed status means practically nothing. Unless you happen to kiss a wall with adrenaline...
Thwack may or may not still be bugged. Idk if they fixed it, but as far as I know it still doesn't activate when you break a wall. It only works on pallets.
Rapid brutality pairs ridiculously well with save the best for last. Faster hit recovery means you get more use out of that short but strong haste boost.
Final addition: while I won't endorse slugging, Knockout pairs real well with Infectious Fright and Hex: Blood Favor.

I'd say tyou can get decent value from Deathbound in my experience on Oni since you can head over to where the Survivors healed and gain a good chunk of your power. If you're already in power, you can easily sneak up on the Oblivious Survivor before they even know what's happened.

I would love to see a tier list of the perks for oni! I generally know what perks are best for oni but I want to know what someone of your skill with oni thinks.
Predator does not make scratch marks easier to find. If anything, it makes them significantly worse because the marks will never spawn on verticle surfaces, so you can't see them at a distance. Predator only "Helps" if you are following a Survivor's exact pathing, which is the least efficient way to chase a Survivor, and can be lost in tall grass even easier than normal.
So in my opinion basically all killers except skull merchant, maybe singularity because he can be fun but hard to learn
