    Me and a collegue (both male) were called to a meeting with HR and during the meeting we were told it was because of a complaint from a temporary collegue (female). According to her we showed too little interest in how here weekend had been. Due to her hot temper regarding work-tasks we got tired and only kept the interaction on a pro-level, which landed us with HR.
    Thank god the manager had seen it too, so he just asked if that was the only reason for the complaint. Her contract wasn't pro-longed, and he transfered her so she had to do her last month with another departement.

    Yeah there is an element of tension in the workplace you guys are right. There is an element of truth in there. Fantastic reaction you guys. I like that you don’t stop the video. You wait until it’s over and then you have a really good take & discussion after the video is over. Hey careful don’t drop that sandwich 🤣😂!!!

      The truth is the first invasion by Marxists against freedom of speech was started by Marxists 2,0 (called femynysts). Men have every right to comment on anything they want, and look wherever they want. No joke. Harassment is unconstitutional, flat out, or at least how it is enforced today. Harassment should have to require physical contact or intimidation/threat. Otherwise, it's speech. If you don't want something discussed, cover it up. that's the original point of clothes (next to warmth), was to conceal things you want to be private (aka not discussed publicly). If you want it to be public, then it's open to the public square for discussion.
      but that aside, the original attack on free speech has been endless attacks against meyn's speech. now it's extending to restrict woe-meyn's speech and suddenly it's a national problem. Men have a right to express themselves however they want, regardless if it makes a woe-mayn uncomfortable. They've been whining for double-standard safe spaces looong before sjws/millennials were born.
      as usual, great comedy/insight/lesson from Patrice. good reaction

    Obviously Patrice blows it up for the sake of the laugh, but the spirit of what he's saying is essentially true. Women have a lot more sexual leeway in the workplace than men do, in a lot of ways. The bit about being able to say anything about any part of the body _you see_ is basically just pointing out that, if a woman gets to wear a low-cut top to work with her boobs spilling out, it's hypocritical to blame men for saying something about it. That's just a point of being honest with yourself and with other people. If a woman wears _super tight pants_ to work and you can very clearly see the outline of her thong, that's a choice she's making, and it's hypocritical to be upset that her choice results in men noticing her body that she chose to show off.

    • @sylver8494
      @sylver8494 Před 2 lety

      There was this guy who used to wear super tight pants, could see his full outline of his junk. I think I don't want to see that or a woman with too tight or revealing stuff either. As for what people say, people are too sensitive, don't care what you have to say especially if it isn't overtly sexual in nature or to be mean or hurtful, say what you want, in observation or otherwise who cares. It is pretty easy to tell if people are deliberately trying to make you uncomfortable or hurt you, to me anyway. People these days hyper sensitive. Was a very chill place and I liked that about it, now I only work at home so don't even see people but I'd hate to work or be in a place where every little thing people say has to be careful and walking on eggshells.

      @@blackqueenmelanin1449 if you're talking about the looming supreme court ruling in the US, I agree. It seems like that issue has no good solutions once an unwanted pregnancy starts. Perhaps all women should be given the pill and only come off it when they want to conceive. 🤷‍♂️

      @@aaronmicalowe Congress should pass the "Takes Two to Tango" Bill which, requires the DNA testing of the aborted fetus to determine the identity of the male accomplice, and subjects him to the same punishment as the woman. The penalty would be one lash for each murdered potential child. For the woman, that would be one smack for one wasted egg, and for the man, approximately 165,750,000 lashes for the wasted sperm. That would probably help quite a bit, don't you think?

    Your post-video discussion reminds me of a situation in the 1990s in the Air Force. My supervisor, who was also a friend, approached me one morning and said he thought he'd messed up. We worked at a headquarters and were part of the Base Commander's staff. As such, my supervisor felt we should usually wear our blue service uniform vs. BDUs (camouflage). It was his feeling, not a rule he could enforce. There was a young female airman who worked across the hall from us. She typically wore BDUs (they're more comfortable). My supervisor saw her in the hall that morning, wearing her blue uniform. He told her she "looked good today." Then in retrospect he wondered if she might have misunderstood what he meant. The Air Force has strict rules on harassment, and he was worried. I told him he should go talk to her and explain what he meant, that he was complimenting her on what he thought was a more appropriate uniform for a member of the commander's staff and he meant no offense, and if necessary, apologize. He did. Turned out she'd understood what he meant and hadn't been offended. Sometime later I was attending our annual Social Actions training (imagine HR for the Air Force). I brought up my supervisor's situation as a hypothetical and asked if it would be considered harassment. Answer: Yes. It doesn't matter what he meant or how she took it. If someone else had overheard it and thought it was inappropriate, it still counts as harassment. Basically, the rule was, if you have to consider whether something you might say or do could be inappropriate, then it is, so don't.

    I like when people can see through his Hyperbole and over the top characterization of things, and get what he's saying. His examples are extreme but I always found the most accurate part of the whole skit was when he describes how a woman can come in and give you a wierd little shoulder massage/rub/touch because they think it's innocent and your work friends, but as the entire skit tells u, in reverse that's a call to HR and maybe termination 😆 🤣

      I was once working in a restaurant. During a briefing before service, Luciano, one of the young guys who were working during the Summer, joined us a bit late. Our boss, a 40 something year old lady, stopped her briefing to say hello to him with a "sexy Lucy....". It was such a weird moment, but nobody seemed to react at all in a bad way, as if it was okay for a woman to make a remark of how good-looking her employee is (in a sexual way, no less). It got even weirder when later I learned the guy was actually only 17 (he looked like he was in his early 20s, with a full-grown beard). Imagine if this was a 40 something man saying that, in front of everyone, about a 17-year-old girl who worked for him. Nobody would've been okay and that male boss would've likely been fired that day.

    A lot of work place problems happen because men, and women generally speaking of course, interpret social situations differently. Also men tend to be more blunt, and less adept at reading people. Obviously I'm just talking about the problems that tend to be misunderstandings. I'm not talking about situations with ill intent. Great video guys.

    He is right in Waze though. When a guy can’t even tell a woman that she looks good today or her perfume smells nice yet women are constantly flirting around the workplace. If a woman has interest or even just wants to tease and she noticed that you’ve looked at her she will definitely be able to just openly flirt but if you try to reciprocate then you’re in trouble. I’m not even referring to outright harassment like you put your hand between her legs but even something just flirtatious in a verbal sense is very risky for a man.

      @@moodfm5673 yeah really? Part of his in skit included a thing about a national sexual-harassment day which wouldn’t be appropriate at all but it was hilarious for sure. He also men should not be made to control themselves at all and of course that would be a disaster to right? Stop getting in and trying to pick a part comments and piss people off because I know I’m correct.
