It was awesome. You could explore as much as you wanted in certain regions. And the enemies would just be a play in the park at some point, so you could just enjoy that place and atmosphere. I used to dream myself in that world.

The Lightsword is the only one I found without looking it up. All the others except the Glove require you to really go out of your way to find them. Though who's going to find the Glove first go playing the game when the fear inducing Dahaka is hot on your trail? Very few I suspect.

I think the fist means max knockback. I'm not sure about the shield though. I found a guide explaining where to find two of these weapons in writing. The others I found by myself.
This game is so amazing. Even in today's standards. Graphically it's not that great but the fighting, combo variety, open level like darksouls are better than even most 8th gen games

It seems strange that we are basically intended to jump or walk through the wall in order to reach the Pink Flamingo weapon. I wonder why the developers didn't make the wall solid and just require us to shimmy around it.
I cant take the life upgrade at clocks and gears activation room when i gone there 2nd time because i missed it 1st time i gone there.The chuck isnt throwing mobs 2nd time when i gone there?This is so sucking.
I don't get it. What's a Flamingo, a Teddy Bear, a Hockey Stick and a white glove doing in Prince of Persia World? Those things do not exist in that universe.😅
Prince of Persia isn't taken seriously now by ubisoft and that's because of assassins creed. The first assassins creed was initially an open world prince of Persia game. I don't know what possessed them to go "let's just be stupid and change the name to assassins creed". I love assassins creed games but I hate that it brought the end of prince of Persia. Although if they would make a new Prince of Persia game, I doubt it will be like warrior within because Jordan mechner (the creator of Prince of Persia) hated warrior within because he said its too dark and that's not how he wants the game to be. He made sands of time but left warrior within in the hands of ubisoft and they made it dark and awesome. Then he came back and made the two thrones and made it look like a Disney cartoon. There's no single drop of blood in the two thrones. No rock music, no open levelness. It's just nowhere as good AC warrior within but the man don't care. He wants it to feel like Aladdin. Ugh. Who knows, Jordan may be the reason why ubisoft won't make a new Prince of Persia because they know it won't sell that much as long as it doesn't have what warrior within had. Now they're remastering sands of time. After it, they'll remaster warrior within. I'm sure warrior within remaster will sell more than sands of time remaster and I hope that convinces Jordans Disney mind and let ubisoft make a new Prince of Persia game in warrior within style
Pop Ww remake will only happen if Pop Sot remake sells well. I think Sot and The 2 thrones have the real prince of persia atmosphere, the gripping one. Ww is a good game but deviates too much from the universe. The 2 thrones tried to combine the best of two worlds and felt lacking in the end. Also, the 2008 drawing styled Pop was incredible, but they named it Pop so people expected something completely different...had they changed the title to Prince or Pauper: light and darkness or smth like that, the game might have gotten more appreciation.

That's how Jordan mechner has always imagined the game to be since the original Prince of Persia. But I don't think they combined the best of sot and ww to make ttt. If they did, then ttt would have had blood, metal rock soundtrack, and open world style cos those are the best parts of ww. Ttt isn't open like ww at all. Instead, it has levels and a loading screens betweent them. I layed the 2008 version and yeah, it's a really great game. It's my second favourite pop game. It has really beautiful art, especially after clearing an area. Most times I just climb the top of a tall building and just enjoy the view
@@beatsmithx1090 Yep well in TTT they kept the SOT atmosfere...almost and added some combos from WW but then combined with stealth and some tech issues. It was not great but I am glad we had it, nonetheless. 2008 was a jewel to behold and play!

Light Sword = extreme damage/one-shot, life drain for the user.

Yup, quite true. All of them are hard to get or reach or find. But they are Easter Eggs, more or less.
The best is the teddy bear, because it has healing effect. I can beat the Dahaka on hard with full health with that :)
He is right, teddy has kept you safe from the boogeyman and now he will do the same for the Dahaka! :)

That's sword does 2.5x the total damage of your main weapon
