@@_suvam_ not how many years but more so >> how many hours of training a day & your will to achieve such heights, u can look up how to do a kick & practice it 3 times but 3 times isn't enough to perfect it, sometimes you'll have to do these things 3000 times & also just like ppl, not everyone graduated with a high iQ.. for some it will be more difficult to comprehend but u shouldn't let this slow you down. it's all about the grindđȘ

My boy loves watching your videos and you've inspired him and motivated him to improve his kicking ability. He trains upto 12 hours a week between martial arts, weapons training and bjj but he'll always do kicking drills every session no matter what and he's now the most technically gifted for his age group 7-14.
