Im a psychology student, and what i think about this session that you had in the therapist was just a guide for you in finding the one for you so don’t just look forward to the concept that you see while you are being hypnotize. It just give you a positive mind to have something to look forward for, which is the idea that you may have a wife in the future.
What I mean is that, it is still the thing in your mind. We, people, had an unconscious mind wherein just like the dream, are unconscious thought pop when we are dreaming. It is either the things that we idealize the most or the one we hated the most.
Just like what the therapist said, just go with the flow in your life. Be yourself and when you are ready enough to be in a relationship, just like a dream, she will just pop in front of you.
