Arcana force 0 is only in his deck for 1 duel becuase sartorius slipped it in ahead of the duel. It was in season 4. So if you put parasite parasite in Joey's deck when you use his real deck then that makes sense
Joey actually used parasite parasite on his own though he tried to use its affect against mako and it didn’t work. Whereas jaden was forced into using arcana force 0.

The mistake MBT makes in this scenario is assuming that just because a character played a card during a duel that it must be in their deck at all times, while we never actually see characters changing cards in their deck around (With a few exceptions being Yugi before a big duel), it's pretty obvious that they're not playing all their cards we ever see them play in every duel

Because MBT was using ALL cards that Judai used in GX Season 4. And Sam was using most likely multiple copies of cards that Yami used IN his FINAL DUEL😔
MBT got the wrong deck. He got the one that Jaden used in the entire series. The graduation deck is just hero's, neo spacian, necro gardna and card trooper. Then cards to support them.

A duel should be done between both decks with them being optimized for efficiency. Like use all the best cards and combos that jaden and yugi used. And try to make it a 40 card deck

For real. I know it is an "anime style" deck but clearly the Yugi deck was more optimized. And although Neo-spacians will never be good, we see here he never got to do any fun fusions or anything HERO at all.
Jaden has some of the worst decks in history. By proxy, everybody in the show has to have equally or worse decks to give him a fighting chance. Zain became a threat because his deck was so much better than jaden, but in reality it was the first good duelist in the show.
Because the GX writers were lazier than for the previous series and just gave Jaden all the cards. If they needed a specific set of circumstances to occur: hey, he has it in his deck and he draws it! They even call themselves out on it as a bit - about how Jaden relies purely on luck and he is like "its not luck, I believe in my cards and my cards believe in me". But yeah, its just a bad deck IRL because you can't always get the perfect draw when you need it unlike in a scripted cartoon...
Jaden never uses more than a 40cd, he's always swapping things out. In early GX this is made pretty clear. If you actually pay attention to ALL of his duels he adjusts his deck after each duel he has or watches. Example: Dark factory of mass production : played by belowski Burial from a Different Dimension : played by Zane De-Fusion: played Zane Double Spell : Played by Titan fusion recovery: played by Asuka a few more He adds these cards to his deck after watching or dueling people using these cards and takes other things out.

Didnt Satorius give Jaden the Fool before his duel with him(Because of that one line This cards battle Position cannot be changed)(Exapt by card effects and the heads effect prevents effect Destruction and i think the tails effect prevents targeting effects), So he played The Fool for one duel and one duel only.

For real, TSX1 had some bad cards like Bahamut or whatever, but he was running multiple Skilled Darks, cut A LOT of Yugi's trash out etc.
I proved yugi's deck in old videogames and works really good, I cut lots of useless cards, but i use other ones really weaks x3

he didn't get the wrong deck. the wiki lists the deck Jaden used against the Pharao as "Neos/Elemental Hero Deck" and is the exact deck MBT used
