Mere cousin ke dost ka Second car business he , woh toh humme apna hi bhai manta he toh bataya tha ki
1) 70% - 80% cars ka meter back kiya hua rehta he toh get more money while selling,
2) more often than not if a car is less than 3 years old then the previous owners driving style and Profession is very important to know, because they might be selling because of unsatisfactory performance or issue with the car, It's better to buy a 5+ year old car because that means the car is good enough to be in market ( inspection and checking still need to be done )
3)Always pay a mechanic to come with you to inspect and drive the car, Preferably who services the same brand cars,
4) agar car same state se he toh genuine hone ke chance jyaada hote he, Metro cities ki cars if being sold in 3rd tier cities and small towns then less chances of being a good deal.
