- So, maybe DelhiTheCat wasn't the original owner?? OR he never released the full tape, because here it is. Or, he sold the tape. (Camera man has a male voice) 41 minutes of footage, where his video is only 23. And it only consists of balloons, where this has the whole parade, as well as more shots of the scenery.
This was posted by a small channel, I originally thought it was just the copy paste tape, but it is, but IT'S FULL!!! It has some extended footage of some of the balloons, and other stuff.

At 31:12-31:19, you could hear a little girl saying, “Don’t Make Him Die!” “Don’t Kill Him!”. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t know he was killed before he could be in a NBC Broadcast. And yes, he is innocent thanks to Bry Guy 2000..
15:00 Foreshadowing what’s to come later in the parade. Let’s be real, he did have a super dee duper time on his parade float but the same couldn’t be said for his balloon.
