I miss your videos. You are really good, and I enjoyed watching them. Hope you'll be back
The work culture really is too much!! I'm lucky because I'm technically 'part-time' so I am not held to such extreme standards, but most of my coworkers work such long hours and have way too much work. They keep talking about 'work-life balance' and 'work-life reform' but nobody is reducing the amount of extraneous work!!
Time saver, and pre cooking the meals for the week frees up your time to focus on other things. It never occurred to me to freeze my meals to keep them fresh. But I’m going to try this and your recipes. Thank you, Ms. Yuka 🙂
I love these Yuka! I’ve made the vegetable curry twice already. Thanks for recommending to just use seasonal vegetables from our country, I like to live as sustainably as I can so I’m happy my veggies aren’t going to waste in the fridge. I never thought to use ketchup for seasoning, but it creates so much depth. Thanks! 💜 from 🇨🇦
I would love more of these! So far I have made the miso salmon and udon noodles with ground turkey ! Very good and I love that the portions are perfect for my dinner!
Amazing video. I usually make my food for the whole week (lunch and dinner), but now I'm thinking to make it for 3 or even 4 weeks. Because I always end up being lazy in the weekend, and for only 7 days I can't make many different dishes. So now I want to take my time, make different recipes and be ok for the whole month
These are so inspirational! I would love too see more of your bento ideas, I'm going to make the Udon meal for this week as I need a little consistency with my food too. Thank you Yuka!
Glad to see you post again!😊
I was so happy to see another video from you! Yay, thank you! ❤
Love your video, as always, thank you. We keep making your recipes and always enjoy them very much. I am glad you are posting again 🤗
Oh thank you Yuka ! I think i preprare my lunch box for thé week like you, on sunday now 😃. Your recipes look so yummy 😋
Awesome pointers for this autumn💛
I know you're relatively a new youtuber but I am a huge fan, great work you're doing
Just discovered you, thank you so much for these videos!
Thank you so much for the freezer friendly recipes!! ☺️❤️
I love Japanese cuisine. I am starting to meal prep my own meals. I'm glad I found this video, now I can meal prep Japanese meals. Thank you❤ Hope there are more videos like this
I like when you made the omurice it looked like you were place a warm blanket over the rice. And that salmon bento!! YUM!! Everything looked so good! I would have to change out the shrimp however, as I don't eat/like them. Thank you for sharing!
It is really inspiring and I want to try them. Well for a healthy recipe, there is a lot of oil or fat.. But.. Well I think it worth it for the taste 😂
Ps: don't eat mushroom every day people ! Mushrooms are not intented to be eated a lot and for several days ! It can be dangeous for your stomach !
200gr/ week max ! And avoid to eat more than 2 days in continue.
Thank you so much for this❤ I’m planning to do meal prep and doing research now.
This video inspired me. Thank you! ❤
Great video! Thank you for the yummy bento ideas :)
Will have to try some of this, thank you!
Wonderful! 😍👏😋 I'm going to try it.
I am going to try the last one first and try those side dishes!
Ive watched many of these.. but this is the first one thats made me try it.. starting the curry this week. I swapped the meat for minced pork, and instead of eggplant I used cabbage.. I need to up the amount tho.. wasn't much left to try and fill one.. Bringing some homeade onigiri/ and some red been dorayaki for dessert as well
All yummy, my favourite is the last one as it can be easily made gluten-free :) ❤
This was so helpful thank you! I'm having to learn all of this on my own now as I wasn't taught even how to use a knife. D:
Good lunch ideas
🙌🏻thank you!!!
I really miss your videos!
These look really good. I'm retired and could cook every day if I wanted to, but I'm lazy, so this is appealing. I'll have to make some changes (I don't eat much rice, though I love it, as it isn't good for me, but I can substitute barley or bulgur, and I don't care for seafood)
I'm curious. How do the eggs stand up to being frozen? It seems to me that they would become rubbery and not pleasant.
Great video, really enjoyed it but I have a question... How much rice in total did you cook for all the bento boxes???
I want to know how much rice to cook in one go so could you please state like how many grams of rice in total you cooked???
Hello! what type of miso paste to use?
9:04 what's the name of this "silicone perforated sheet" that Yuka put over the bowl to microwave broccolis? How can I find it? I need it :)
It is a Silicone Wrap from a brand called Ladruph :) I bought it from Amazon.jp
@@yuka_jp thank you so much! I'm going to searching this ☺
if i skip the alcohol, can i change with any ingredient?
Man I like Japanese food but I have ibs and two of trigger foods are tomatoes and onions 😢
how long does it typically take to reheat from frozen?
I heat it for 4-5 minutes but depending on your microwave :)
Parmesan cheese on curry?!
You should use olive oil instead it’s alot healthier
To the actual people interested in Japanese culture: you know we always have lunch at school like everybody else, right? This whole bento business is just busybody mommies being extra for brownie points with the other suburbian hell-demons. It's like that tostones guy from the American police department.
I too remember being a teenager who levels insults at people who did nothing to deserve them
I’m pretty sure this video is meant for adults like myself who have long studying/working hours and like to be able to feed ourselves in a healthy way. You don’t seem like the type to do that much work though so maybe you should frequent another channel and quit leaving mean comments here
