Your the reason I started putting my SS rounds in albums. It's more fun flipping through an album than it is sifting through loose ones in storage. The only difference I made with my albums is I organized them into themes. So all my debt and death rounds are on the same page(s). All my cannabis rounds are together and so on. Either way they are great rounds that depict history as we all go through it together.
I agree with buying the Copper to go with the Silver. I like the idea of having both in a single case

I received 2 silver shields, Sunday night. Both are lady’s , justice and freedom. They didn’t come with coin capsules, lucky I had extra.
Shelley ya only the proofs come with airtights. I wish they all did.

@@CoinMan5000 Most Stackers buy from the European Silver Dealers as we have to pay 20% VAT in the UK, Some Usa Rounds do make it into the UK Via Europe, The most popular Coins for us Brits are the Britannia and Queens Beasts at the Moment, I have seen some Rounds for sale and US Dollar Eagle. A lot of Quarters and Dimes, Mainly before 1960 and The Kennedy half dollar is becoming Popular.
Collecting rounds is definitely more engaging. I would only buy eagles in bulk to get a good price. Great books CoinMan.

Silver Nitrate ya no kidding, affiliate programs only pays if you get someone to buy $500 worth. I mainly talk about them because they really are amazing and a pretty good investment and a piece of history.

Silver Nitrate in about 1-2 months the come out with the BU version of it.
I never knew about silver shields until I watched one of your videos. Since then I purchased a few. I don’t think I will be putting them in an album unless I buy 2 but I doubt that. I will continue to buy an America eagle every year but I will be buying silver shields. Eventually I would like to purchase the silver shields book. But to much is happening right now that is preventing me from being as active as I was.

I have a few Silver Shield Products but they were through the Secondary market. Trying to order one, two, or even four rounds cost me a fortune $50+ for ONE round put a BIG Stop to my Silver Shield collecting.
Kerris L Ravenhill stock to the BU’s, they are priced good, it’s the proofs that are expensive but there is a market if you buy proofs and sell them on eBay.

I'm been buying generics so we're because it's cheaper for more Amor the eagles are uncomfortable are in government backed so it says hay this is genuine silver not someone trying to pull you off. I got my friend the cannabis one for his birthday and I fell in love with it before I gave it to him and I just got my 1st one of my own and I need more of them

I like SS, I have SS...a lot of SS, but SS has a problem in that its market on the sell side is too small. It is almost entire dependent on ebay and SSG. LCS's have been treating them as ordinary rounds.
zehnsechz ya I actually now have a LCS on board with stocking them, once I showed him mine he was hooked.
what will he give you for them?
zehnsechz that Hillary Clinton one I paid under $40 for it and he has offered me $60 for it. But I haven’t tried selling him any, but he would pay spot plus a premium for them if they have certificate of authenticity with them.
keep us posted if he creates a market for it. i saw the cannabis leaf ones at a shop that they were selling for 75 cents over spot and could wait to get rid of them

CM 5000 - You have a great collection of silver shields!. The artwork is definitely top notch, as well as the qualiy . I actually don't own any, but will look into GSM soon.
As for the BU vs Proof debate. I still don't own many proofs, and the ones I do are mostly ASEs that I bought at a very fair price. I mostly stack bulk-bought BU ASEs when offered at a low premium, and some other rounds/bars. I have been thinking about widening my collection, though, so thanks for sharing your thoughts. Best!!

Very nice rounds CM! For the bulk weight of my stack I stick to ASE and CML as I get the “lowest price” possible on provident which is usually only a buck or so over spot. For instance I purchased ASE fandoms yesterday for 16.70/oz. However, I’m a collection at heart and enjoy putting together sets. I do see a bonus in though rounds with lower montage, changing designs, and historical aspects to the round. I just haven’t jumped on board as I prefer pre 33 US coinage to collect. I still like the eagles I don’t know why. If I would collect rounds I would definitely look into those, my collection has very few rounds in it. I jut like old coins! Awesome looking rounds!
