I do like the theory that Bonnie started to figure out what was going on with Vanny and Glitchtrap/Burntrap and the missing kids, or even just the glitch virus and he was "silenced" before he couldtell someone that could have stopped Afton's plans. It would make sense for Bonnie's sudden and not really explained disappearance. I just don't buy the whole Monty destroyed him story. It doesn't seem right.

I want to point out that, in Security Breach, Monty didn’t get the strong metal-ripping claws until *after* Bonnie died. They were upgrades specifically to help him replace Bonnie as the bass player.
