that NVG30 is impressive, love that light blue/green hue similar to the white phosphor, and the fact that you can put them together as kit is awesome.
Yeah they do combine quite nicely together!
Kyle, you guys have no idea how important the service you are providing to the rest of us is...thank you...
Your kind words are appreciated Melvin! Thanks for your order and hope you are enjoying the NVG30!
@@UrbanSurvivor Absolutely! Bridge should be in tomorrow...can't wait! 😁
Love my NVG30 thanks to this beginner NVG unit I was able to found out how much of my gear was not IR/NIR compliant. It’s scary how many legit gear companies have products that glow like the Las Vegas Strip under NVG testing.
Lol was there any particular brand you recommend?
@@UrbanSurvivor recommend? Unfortunately not as a majority of my stuff glows. I can give advice on who I’m gonna stay away from now. Granted my sample size is only one and maybe I was unlucky with my batches of gear. So far Agilite, Blackhawk, First Spear and Tacticon all failed me. Novritsch, Ars Arma, and Technicom were good though.
Thankfully there are tutorials on CZcams on how to fix the problem items without having to go out and buy a ton of nylon gear again.
Other Digital unit does. Dont expect to see monsters from another dimension with them tho
@@Shoelaces77 what are you talking about kid?
@@SolarGeneralmy apologies, my comment seems to mistakenly end up here. It was meant to reply to someone talking about red phosphor viewing mode. Weird how it replied to this comment instead of
You know of any camo wrap to use on these?
Are the dovetail brackets and binocular mounts plastic or metal?
(Edit) Also can the cmos sensor detect higher wavelength IR, say 1100 or higher?
The included dovetail brackets and mounts are both metal. Not sure about the CMOS sensore being able to pick up 1100nm wavelegnths.
Man.. I want two NVG30 now lol
For the price they are the best budget night vision on the market!
Tip: when you set the exposure to +1.3 or +1.6 in the TRVcam app you get a lot brighter image and you won't need IR at all.
Awesome tip! Yeah even turning up the onboard brightness levels seems too help enhance low light performance as well. The only times I really need IR is when zero moonlight is present or pitch dark indoor rooms but most of the times IR is not needed.
Hi how do you turn on the Wi-Fi? I have looked through the settings but can’t find how to do it. Thanks in advance
Wifi is disabled at 40fps so if you switch back to 30 you should see it in the menu...
Thank you
This may sound like a dumb question but are the eye caps removable? I'd get these but they look kinda hideous on em
If you are referring to the eyecups then yes they are removeable.
Lil late reply but alr, whats that helmet cover btw looks pretty dope 2:01

This will probably be my last comment on this topic but I was wondering if a red phosphor mode will be a thing in the future.
Unfortunately I am not aware of any red phosphor devices currently but that does sound cool! The color mode on the NVG30 does have a pink hue to it...

Wow
@@preshiancommrade1945they were banned because the demons were too distracting to the soldiers.
