Your wedding shawl turned out beautifully, and wow great progress on your Battenberg. I can’t believe it’s going to be finished in the not too distant future. As always, Lachlan is the cutest ❤
Thank you Emma - recommend the pattern! I'll be lost when the Battenberg is finished, it's been epic! xx
The Princess Frog Wrap is beautiful!! You must have looked amazing at the wedding Marta! 🧡🧡🧡
That's very sweet of you Catherine, thank you! xx
Gosh, your shawl is beautiful. Your Battenburg blanket is going to be finished soon, at this rate. Lachlan has grown very quickly. I love his colour.
Thank you so much Rosemary! Lachlann has grown up so fast, I can't believe it!
Oooooh… your Princess Frog Wrap is a looker! ❤❤❤
Cheers Claudia!
That is a beautiful yarn with a beautiful design! Good eye to pair the two.
Thanks, I think so too!
I am a huge fan of Battenberg blankets, but I am so unable to muscle through that many squares! You have my admiration! So beautiful! I am in awe!
Thank you so much!
Great to see your wip progress. Absolutely love your shawl.
Working on a cherry tomato!
Thanks Gwen, I'm chuffed with how it turned out! How is your tomato?
Your blanket is coming along quickly and lovely & Lauchlan is growing FAST! I’ve cast on another Rikke Hat! ❤
Thanks Jay, good to see progress as I podcast! Lachlann has grown up so quickly, too quickly! love the sound of your cast on, look forward to seeing it.
Watching your podcast and making squares.
Lovely! Good to have you stitching along with me!
I’ve used whirls a lot, and they all have, what we call in Australia, a fuzz buzz where the colours change. They are a strong join, and have never in my experience, come apart. They also generally just blend in with your work, sometimes needing just a little tidy up. The shawl is beautiful.
Thanks for sharing your experience with whirls - good to have another opinion! Glad you like my finished shawl :)
I have plans for a Battenburg blanket as well, one of these days. Your orange shawl is beautiful! Love the project bag too! Adorable pup 🐕
Thanks for your lovely comment. Definitely recommend the Battenberg Blanket - I'm loving it!
That sock doesn’t look like vanilla to me! Looks more mint to me! LOL!
Hee hee! Couldn't resist mixing things up!
