Zach Johnson, the “Millennial Farmer” is a 5th-generation farmer who’s spent his life growing, working, and learning on his family’s farm. His wit and dry sense of humor appeal to children and adults alike. A product of the millennial generation, his appreciation of new technology blends with his old-fashioned work ethic, and he offers a unique ability to deliver his message in a way that resonates with lifelong farmers as well as those with no knowledge of agriculture.
With growing consumer awareness about where their food comes from, Zach has identified the need for an independent voice from the front lines of agriculture. Zach actively promotes agriculture by sharing his day-to-day experiences in the agriculture world while providing farmer-to-farmer education to help facilitate a collaborative conversation between farmers and the public.

Jim's commentary while holding the camera is priceless.

This video starts in the morning. I hear the birds, I hear the peacefulness, only think internet cannot bring is the sweet smell of dewy grass and the smell of your freshly cultivated ground moving in the slight morning air movement that I know was there. Midwest farming is the best!

Id just like to give a huge shout out to Mrs. Millennial Farmer. She puts in so much work to give us these wonderful videos for our enjoyment. On top of that she has to school her children in these un-precedented times, do her job, and help with the farm. A huge thank you to a great hard working American woman. I believe you guys are fulfilling your goal of repairing the disconnect people have with where their food comes from.

I love how Onyx and Becky is driving the tractor all by themselves. Growing your kids up the right way! I love it!

Deere has a system that can link your cart and combine. The tractor will automatically move to unload once the driver is in the area and hits the auto track. Once the combine is linked the combine operater can actually move the car forward or backwards on the unload auger to fill different parts of the cart. That is true millennial mode zach.

I know I am not commenting on the right video content, but we wanted to let you know that even very small homesteaders love your videos! We have just a few acres (2)...We have a rabbitry (100+ rabbits), some chickens and grow our own fruit trees and organic vegetables in central Florida...We thank you VERY much for your property boundary marker tip of the PVC pipe and T posts... We have a neighbor who sometimes mows uncomfortably close to our fruit trees and these boundary markers are perfect! We wanted you to know that even little farmers get great information from your content...and yes, we love watching the big tractors and combines too!
