Saw them tonight in Chicago and it was an outstanding show. They sounded brilliant. I've seen them countless times over the decades and I can't believe they still sound this flame. Do go, if you can.
Just returned from The Greek theater in L.A. same🎉❤
@@mannymarc24 I've read reviews from the Greek and heard it was flame 🔥. So glad you were there ☺️
I saw them at Stubb’s in Austin, TX in early May. Great show! However, Ian’s voice is shot. The drugs & smoking have taken a toll.
44 years ago, an Englishman Marc R. played me the band's songs in Greece. Finally I was able to see the band live. Thank you all!

Going to see em next week in New Orleans with my son.
I saw them here in the 80s in their prime. It’ll be a special night.

De nada
Mac in fine voice
Salt Lake City. Echo and the Bunnymormons. I’ll be there.
It ended up being a killer show. They sounded great, and Mac sounds better than ever.
Höhepunkte für mich waren „Show of Strength“ und „Over the Wall“.
Say you CAN /
Say you WILL /
Not just another Drop in the Ocean!

So war es auch in Minneapolis! Genial!
One day til Brooklyn NYC!!!
ask them to save their best for Boston thanks in advance
Brooklyn was great! Ian a bit hoarse but brought it when he had to. Band was tight
Saw them last night in Austin
He was drunk af
Stumbling around
Took 3 intermissions…
So sad
I was at the Austin show, too. Loved it and thought it was a great show. He had issues with the vocal monitors the whole first half. He had some pints, sure, but a fine show imo!
Going to see them tonight in Houston
Waste of money.
Just yikes. Yes, so grateful I experienced them several times in the 80s & 90s. Made the mistake of seeing them several years ago & it wasn’t great. Sad too because an old acquaintance of mine was playing w/ them. Completely lackluster.
The only band i missed out twice even though i had the Tickets ffs.. 2019 in Eire and now again in Berlin 😢
Hopefully this video can help redeem that
@@jugglingbeast Yes a little, thank You, appreciate it ❤️🩹

I keep doing that! Buy the tickets -- then for randomly varying reasons (almost supernaturally) miss seeing the act. Have developed a fear of buying tickets! :0/

Got to luv McCulloch..backing musicians shoved in corner of stage...Boss Man 👌
5 days til Boston
The lighting system these nostalgia bands use is becoming apparent. You don't change light as a DJ, you go for musical mood(a real person)
It will stop people from recording concert
I'm really surprised they did Flowers, not one of my favorite Bunnymen songs but still cool to see them go outside the usual catalog.
The Bunnymen were always "outside of the catalog"
@@jugglingbeast true!
@@jugglingbeast and we love that, in their own category!
The Lisbon recordings are superior.
Lame. Watch the Stones in Vegas. That’s how it’s done.
I saw the Stones. Boring.
The Stones and U2 ticket prices are insane.
@@rjobrien7805 Forget them, who wants to pay that much!?
Meh. Saw them in the 80s. I don't know why anyone pays to see any of these old fuckers tour... support CURRENT touring bands... you know... people that have actually released new / good music in the past 10 yrs or less.
My generation grew up on these artists and to see them brings back many past memories.
For me, most current music is pure crap so I tend to stick with the classics.
Then why are you here? Just to insult? How old are you? When 'your' band gets old, then what? Since 80s, early mid 90s music out there is indeed crap. They don't need to release a thing, just do what they are doing!
@@janebraun4482 Everyone's a critic
@@janebraun4482 Uh... when you're band gets old--you RETIRE... just like everyone else that gets old. Duh. If you can't perform anymore--stay home and enjoy your millions and take up knitting... instead of stealing money from people by selling tickets to a shitty concert performance... if you even show up at all. Do pro athletes continue playing pro sports until they are 60, 70, 80? Nope. They retire in their 30s and 40s... because they can no longer perform at a professional level. How is music any different?
What is she on about? Cheers lads!
