What they cal, physicality in the wnba is just mainly a result of being too slow to defend so you take aimless frankenstein swings somewhere near the ball to cover up for your poor defense. Cheap shots may not be intentional, it is just the easiest thing to do. The WNBA should go to track and field and recruit sprinters. Anyone can learn to do a layup or a mid range jump shot and speedsters could dunk as they have the butt leg muscle to lift off.

Most of these women are awkward, clumsy and unwatchable. A few are smooth, athletic and fun to watch in particular Clark because of her long range accuracy. Reese shoots 37% from the floor around the basket. That’s pathetic.
Kennedy Carter is the only hooper on that floor; everyone else was either simply big or good at shooting drills. This league is still unwatchable
know. I also saw Catlin almost break her own ankle against New York. Two games back watched her shoot a 3 foot air ball standing under the basketball. Another game she had a whopping 3 points in 35 minutes of play. And a great game with 7 points 7 assist and six turnovers. Good talk folks

Yeah, Rebounds FROM A GUARD. She isn't as tall as lots of WNBA players who are around the basket, and not as big. These WNBA players are BIG. They look like an overweight females for their size.

Reese is good under the basket, but not comparable to CC overall. The flagrant foul was intentional in my opinion. Watch Reese's eyes as she smacks CC across the head, she is not even looking at the basketball. Reese needs the drama for attention. Chenedy Carter proved that even a player with her history of violent, attitude filled, play can rise above that and be fun to watch by using her obvious talent in a sportsman like manner.

In the video of the head-clubbing foul, take a close look at Angel’s right arm, swinging from the side in a low, wide arc, fully extended. Not the motion you would use if you were really trying to displace the shot. Way too slow. Instead, you would shoot your hand straight up towards where the ball was going,, leading the ball, to intercept (like the other Sky player actually did). Since Angel is a great shot blocker, she would never have used her arm like that.
The only rebounds Reese gets is from around 2 foot " misses" because she can't shoot her way out of a wet paper bag😎
