It would be a neat test to see a "bad algae" scenario. Never clean them or the pump, just see how long the system lasts!

I'm thinking about putting them in the mineralisation tank....the ultimate test! Send me a PM, you never gave me your address. ;)

A really great product!! I’m not ready for them yet but keeping tabs for when I begin my own build.

Great design and innovation thinking. I wish I'd have a setup to put them in, but i'm just a passive watcher of your Story. Sincerely wish you a success with this device. Looks cool.

wow, I could watch 10 hours of the underwater bubbles. Calming.

You had a video with flow of water in your mineralization tank.
I noticed your water induction flow is swirling against the Coriolis effect (that's if you live in Northern Hemisphere). If you switch it to a clockwise angle, it should increase your swirl speed quite a bit.
Think about the direction your sink drains. If your sink drains clockwise, you should direct the flow of the water in that direction.
Northern hemisphere is clockwise, southern hemisphere is counter clockwise.

I agree that the Coriolis effect is a real effect, but on such a small scale it is almost unmeasurable and it really has no difference with the amount of energy it takes a setup like this to move the water. Smarter Every Day did a video about this a few years ago which is really good.

I think it'd be cool to see a mineralization tank design that uses these.

I'm planning on converting mine to use them within the next couple of months.

Hey guys love your videos, I was wondering if anybody’s heard from MPH gardener, he’s been silent for a while, keep up the good work, God bless

have you considered modify the infusinator to pump microbubbles, its all the rage now? restricting the air flow so air bubbles pull by the water are fine and tiny, so they are trap in the water and stay longer...i highly recommend you read up these Links
www.youtube.com/@BisaAja (this man DIY's his microbubble venturis out of houshold pumbling) and
czcams.com/video/ibIctu-c5XE/video.html (info for microbubbles)...hope this helps

I decided to trade off the micro bubbles for energy efficiency. You basically have to get the water to go through the nozzle really fast to shear the air to smaller bubbles. I see on that first video they connected that one nozzle up to a sump pump. I would guess that's a 1/3HP pump so that's running at roughly 250 watts. With that kind of power I could run about 30 Infusinators down the length of the DWC bed. Great circulation and aeration all the way down the bed! ;-) Of course you could also run small valves on the air for each nozzle....the biggest problem with the little valves is you have to keep adjusting them and they tend to clog with dust. I ran my nozzles last season...didn't have to do any maintenance on the setup.

So what do you think about using power head instead of your infusinator.

Just found your channel. Subscribed. Do you have any new promocodes for the Infusinator?

You admit to 3 years of sediment on the bottom of your grow beds....Umm most people actually clean them from time to time.
