@@Juhi200 Essentially you are cutting away ties to your energetic body. Generally you will use a spiritual knife and envision you cutting away what isn't necessary. Once done you will dispose of the cords that you have cut from yourself. Another way to do it is to actually have string or cord of varying colors or types to represent what you are getting rid of. When you do cut these cords it will be physically cut then disposed of as necessary.

Pile 2 here, I never truly believe that any tarot videos will affect me or pertain to me so deeply, but this one was the one. Unconditional love is the answer I’ve been looking for. And I’m so happy to find that a beautiful word like agape exists & represents that. I’ve been dealing with a lot of trauma & loss of purpose in life bc I’ve been so alone. I show interest in people or I give them my love and it’s never returned. I realized I always give more & I got frustrated at myself for not knowing why I keep giving so much & why I can’t receive it back. & unconditional love is it. I never felt wanted, needed, important, or good enough for as long as I can remember, and it’s really created a lot of trauma for me w/ any type of relationship or interactions I have with people. I loathed the the idea that I could never be loved or wanted just as I am, but that I still wanted to give so much love. I never understood why I didn’t just completely hate the idea of love, & instead was scared of it. scared of not receiving it back. And my experiences of not being loved, or even liked, started so, so young. I had to be around 4 years old when I first experienced that my sister didn’t like me. For no reason. And this in turn snowballed into everyone in my family not liking me. And over the years of growing up, I promised to myself that I would never let them (or anyone) ever touch that loving part of me again. But even so, I still desired the idea of love. Or loving & being loved. & i find myself going to lengths to be there for people & show them that they’re important & even if it gets hard on me, I would still think about them, still consider them, still look for what’s best for them. And It frustrated me so much bc I couldn’t understand why I would go to such lengths for ppl. And I now realize that that is my unconditional love. & ofc I don’t just do it for anyone, but for ppl that I care or cared about. It’s why I’m overly understanding & forgiving to the good people around me even if I’m hurting or they’re hurting or we’re both hurting. It’s why I would never want to intentionally hurt anyone & why I had to steel myself into being this cold person to protect myself from being taken advantaged of. @@Juhi200 Essentially you are cutting away ties to your energetic body. Generally you will use a spiritual knife and envision you cutting away what isn't necessary. Once done you will dispose of the cords that you have cut from yourself. Another way to do it is to actually have string or cord of varying colors or types to represent what you are getting rid of. When you do cut these cords it will be physically cut then disposed of as necessary.

Pile 2 here, I never truly believe that any tarot videos will affect me or pertain to me so deeply, but this one was the one. Unconditional love is the answer I’ve been looking for. And I’m so happy to find that a beautiful word like agape exists & represents that. I’ve been dealing with a lot of trauma & loss of purpose in life bc I’ve been so alone. I show interest in people or I give them my love and it’s never returned. I realized I always give more & I got frustrated at myself for not knowing why I keep giving so much & why I can’t receive it back. & unconditional love is it. I never felt wanted, needed, important, or good enough for as long as I can remember, and it’s really created a lot of trauma for me w/ any type of relationship or interactions I have with people. I loathed the the idea that I could never be loved or wanted just as I am, but that I still wanted to give so much love. And this in turn snowballed into everyone in my family not liking me. And over the years of growing up, I promised to myself that I would never let them (or anyone) ever touch that loving part of me again. But even so, I still desired the idea of love. Or loving & being loved. & i find myself going to lengths to be there for people & show them that they’re important & even if it gets hard on me, I would still think about them, still consider them, still look for what’s best for them. And It frustrated me so much bc I couldn’t understand why I would go to such lengths for ppl. And I now realize that that is my unconditional love. & ofc I don’t just do it for anyone, but for ppl that I care or cared about. It’s why I’m overly understanding & forgiving to the good people around me even if I’m hurting or they’re hurting or we’re both hurting. It’s why I would never want to intentionally hurt anyone & why I had to steel myself into being this cold person to protect myself from being taken advantaged of. Pile #3 here! What an accurate, in-depth reading. When you got to the soul aspect, I was shocked at how accurate all the cards felt. I grew up in a catholic family and definitely have a fair amount of religious trauma. My guides have been nudging me towards ancestral trauma healing, so it was wild that you brought that up!
