Apke papa ne apko sahi advice diya ..... main SBI PO KO NA JOIN KARKE LIC ado join kiya tha ..... rural area mak posting mili ... mujhse target bhi complete nahi ho paya ..... ushke baad jo frustation aur demotivate hua ... ki aaj tak unemployed haun .... 33 age hogayi .... ab to life khatam karne ka dil karta hai .......... lic ado ke training session main ek trainer se pucha tha LIC ado join karun ya sbi po .... trainer ne bhi kaha sbi po ..... lekin mera dimag kharab tha ....... aaj dil ro 😢😢 raha hai

My uncle is a DO,, he didnt even took promotion and still a DO . The fact is agar aapke contacts hain aapke area mei , like aap apne village se connected ho jaha aap logo ko samjha sako ki unki earning ho jayegi...to ye job shi hai...agr aap ye soch rhe ki ye normal government job jaisa h to wo nhi hai...par agar aap agent bana lete ho aur Target poore hain...to aapko ye best lagega... office b daily nhi jana hota baad mei...week mei 2-3 din...lekin shuru 3 saal to struggle hai...uske baad to jise promotion lena h wo aage stable ho jayega...warna DO banke... earning ki limit nhi hai..wo b legal...since its a commission based
Bhai incentive kitna lete he aapke uncle wo bhi mentioned krdo to motivation mile.... starting ke 2/3 sal kya hum 9/10 lac incentive earn kr skte he??aur ha incentive kitne percentage milta he premium pe?

Maine bhi 1 saal me hi resignation de dya tha, fir se prepare kia sbi clerk, ibps clerk n ibps po crack kia, 1 saal se po hu. Main to yhi bolunga selected candidates ko ki taiyari mat chodna. Baki join krna na krna aapki marzi. No negatovity.
Agar aap3-4 saal tak lic ado mein tik gye then isse acchi koi bhi job nhi h.

Sir, I have been preparing since last 3years for bank exams. This time i cleared LIC Ado. And my name is in the reserve list of IBPS clerk as well. I am confused about my next step. I think ibps clerk reserve list will be released by September ending. And lic ado joining is in july ending. 2 things are bothering me 1: bond amount. 2: whether my name will be cleared in ibps clerk reserve list or not.

If you love sales-marketing and are willing to work 24x7 then no one can beat LIC DO. Also you have to learn to deal with rejections as only few people will consider to be agent.
but if you like to relax and holidays without any worries of targets and work SBI Job will be much better.
