Its rare to hear certain battles have music that is normally played in other stages. Like Sarias Song for Link & Zelda battle in Temple, and Mushroom Kingdom theme for Mario & Bowser in Battlefield. In my experience, i had Mewtwo (different color) and Bowser with Poke Floats playing in Battlefield. I find these pretty cool.

Mewtwo references the Original Giygas known as Giegue Ice Climbers and Kirby as they use Hammers. If King Dedede was in this game, He’d be in the same team with Ice Climbers Kirby and Jigglypuff as they are round shape species. Pac Man if He was here, He be the same team too Samus and Captain Falcon as they are both Bounty Hunters Fox and Samus as they are space pilots Marth and Zelda not sure but im sure they reference roles as Prince and Princess Link and Luigi as they are both Green Fighters who starts with an L Marth and Link they both wield Swords
I can think of Fox and Captain Falcon being a team because they're the two fastest characters in the game I can think of Ness and Mewtwo being a team because they both use psychic powers I can think of Kirby and Jigglypuff being because not only are they round species, they have the same amount of midair jumps and somewhat abilities
I always thought it was interesting that on Very Hard, both the first opponent as well as the main opponent on the 2 on 2 would always have their 3rd alternate color by default
I was hoping all the opponents you fight against on very hard in classic mode would be using different colors, instead of just the first two people you fight against.
