  • When beginning our 1 euro home summer, we stopped in a town called Gubbio that is famous for being one of the most beautiful Medieval towns in Europe. I'm sure they feel that they are the most beautiful medieval town. The city has a special aesthetic style all througout the historic center which is quite large. You can visit the hillside castle courtyard or climb to the basilica at the top of the mountain switchbacks.
I came here since I knew it was a beautiful city close by to a 1 euro home community in Le Marche called Cantiano. The morning was spent touring the community of Gubbio Italy looking for real estate agencies and overall just to enjoy the views. The next video will be about what I experienced in Cantiano.
Thanks everyone for watching and you can subscribe to the channel by clicking this link so that you don't miss the upcoming videos about 1 euro homes.

11K views I told you people would love Gubbio. For all of you looking for investments in Italy. Cantiano, Gubbio, Spello, Orvieto, Montefalco, Gualdo, Todi, Bevagna, Norcia. These are the future popular cities in Italy. If under the Tuscan Sun was to be filmed today, this is where it would happen. They are places where those of us who want to experience Italy as an Italian would go.

Hi Sergio. Yes US businesses can invest in property in the United States, but are treated pretty much the same as a foreign individual in most cases. I recommend strongly you talk to a lawyer or accountant about this, since it is a complex subject.
