We have a store called "tractor supply" it's a chain of stores in Michigan I don't know if other states, but these type store you can get good steel fenders of random sizes for 15-30$, I've used a few on my builds.
Just because diu painted it rust brown doesn't mean it's a rat bike. There is nothing on it that you found in a scrap heap and put it there to make it work. And that's what makes it a rat bike you take what you have to make it work

You can find this extensions in different custom shops. Here in Germany you can buy ape hanger sets on Amazon
