Nation state means nationalism and nation state and modern nation state are same or different
Nation state is NOT same as nationalism, which is the ideology help form nation, when nation has its own state it is called nation-state.

No; nation-state is a sovereign political organization of people who feels that they are one nation, that is, their culture, worldview, way of life, past histories, etc have been same; Nationalism is the ideology behind the concept of nation ...
In nation-state, state is the sovereign political organization. When the territorial boundaries of a nation and state become one, it creates nation-state, that is state of a nation.
