so I cheesed that glitch with pausing it over and over again and i got to the point where youre supposed to go down the vault because of the nuke, but nothing happened lmaoo so i just saved the game closed the game and re ran it and it worked for me after that 100% correctly afterwards and im on ps5!
im on vr trying to do the mods. but im stuck looking inside the characters face and cant even change and save how my character looks. idk if you know a solution to this problem but its not working man
@@N00dle-R00 people on reddit told me to disable the FRIK mod and it should fix the problem. Min was disabled, but i spammed my buttons on the oculus controller and it let me save idk why but it did. but to the people having the same problem i still dont really know a fix.
Nope, I got the all text are gone bug. The crosshair is gone, subtitles don’t show, and when looking at items and searching bins; there’s nothing to read. 👍🏽 still love the time I had tho. 😢
Only thing that worked for me quit game, restart ps5, skipped opening cut scene staright away (teied watching all thw way theough and after a short watch neither worked) as soon as the mirrow acene loaded you hear the rubbing of thw glass window and hey presto it worked 😅
Just tried it and it worked for me. You will hear the audio of him saying " War never changes " and the text will be seen at the bottom of the screen, you just have to wait until the dialogue is done (sometimes it gets stuck on bits so pause and unpause when you hear them speak ) and you should be able to do character creation after they finish talking to eachother.
@N00dle-R00 dialogue will trigger in the pause menu, but triggers don't seem to be occurring. I'm pretty sure a nuke is supposed to go off but I've been just dinking around for 30 minutes trying to interact with everything. This is such an unbelievable bad glitch, ps5 should probably take it down from the store lol. What is the root cause? Maybe I need to play the full opening cinematic?

It's a stupid bug that's random. You can start a new game but it'll probably happen again

That's sucks, dude. Have you got a back up save file or cloud file with your saves?
You can try asking a fallout forum if they've found a solution

Didn't expect a game this old to be that buggy. Pretty ridiculous from Bethesda. Hopefully the patch solves that issue.

Solution restart the console and then start a new game

@@N00dle-R00you have to pause and unpause for every line of dialogue. I got all the way to when you run to the vault and then it soft locks
