Astral projection is possible, but as you said that yeh karna normal humans ke liye dangerous ho sakta hai because you never know which dimension you will reach. But I myself have experienced out of body experience many times when I was a teenager. I was also very curious about Astral projection, but then when I read more I also realized that it is a dangerous process, as you never know what entity you might come across while astral projection. Technically for Norma humans it is not possible to go to the highest astral plane (Swarg) we can only travel in the lower planes where most of the unsatisfied spirits live. I myself tried out of body Experience in lockdown but couldn't succed after watching an episode on fear files. It should always be remembered that in this phase your soul gets detached from the body which means that other souls can also enter in your body or you may not get able to go in your body. This happened to me unknowingly when i was a kid...it happened to me when i was half awake and my eyes were closed...first my body started shivering and i felt like something was coming out of my head...and then was sleep paralysis...and when i tried to move with my full force my soul came out from behind... then i was in a different dimension but for me it was no way blissfull ...the things which you see when you are awake its not the same when you are out of your body...Yes there are different dimensions and if you land in a wrong dimension then it becomes very scarry...same happen with me that day...i felt like someone was pulling my legs down the bed and i kicked him and tried to go in the next room where my parents were but then...[To be continued]after 1000likes

I have heard about astral projection way before this video and I try to do it but I couldn't. There are many things such as random writing also. i hv real life out of body experience. i hv seen my past 2 lives and also saw my ancestors coming to take me. but i came back suddenly and woke ip at the hospital icu. i was fighting death at that time in the hospital in critical condition. it was not a dream and i can remember every detail. i am a lover and researcher of supernatural & paranormal and tge experience i had matches with many people whi had after death experience.
i was sucked into a portal type of thing and saw my past 2 lives. Also saw me going into the afterworld.
