Apartment itself will cost around not less than 5 crores and then this exquisite interior has touched every senses of comfort
Overpriced inflated bubble shouldn’t cost more than 1.2 crores.
I am saying from the perspective of Per square foot construction cost in Kochi which is anywhere around 1700 to whopping 2400
But yeah increasing cost of raw materials, labours, demands and profit margins has raised the bar exponentially
I think this is around 3.5 cr or something...

It’s alright. Either the guy didn’t want to spend too much on interiors or architect is too optimistic about his designs.
I’m not trying to be negative Nancy here but this 3500sqft space could have been classy.

This is classy and timeless. Anything more and it would become an exhibition of wealth instead of a family home.
If this is not classy then what is??? you want it to be the typical loud interior with hideous gold furniture and gold chandelier and marble walls which some people think will show how much they spend?? thats trashy...minimalism is the new trend which some people in Kerala have no idea about...
