He was VERY close to getting a Premier League debut when he was just 15. A pre season injury put paid to him getting his debut last season and now this season he's one of the first names on the team sheet and deservedly so.
@@garyhillman4993 he has already represented England and multiple levels, he has also captained England at U17 level so I doubt he will be choosing Scotland.
In fairness to Bristol, they came well organised, and were running in our faces to make it difficult for us. Probably the best side at Elland Road so far this season

Yes, I was impressed. Well organised and actually turned up to play football. While it cound have been 5/6-1, the longer it was 2-1, the more you felt it could finish 2-2.
Well done Bristol City for coming to Elland Road and participating in a game of open attacking football. You are the first team to do that this season.

Great game of football. Leeds still on the bounce back after the loss against Southampton last week, hence the extra desire to win at all costs and throw bodies on the line. Also saw what could be a season changing moment for James scoring his first goal this campaign after putting in shift after shift since August.
Bristol City managed to control the game and quieten the crowd at times: No easy feat at Elland Road. Looked very comfortable on the ball too. And could have just nicked it at the end. OLeary is very good keeper (not related to David is he? :) and I like the look of the boy Conway. Btw Loved the way Nigel Pearson was talking with the Leeds fans behind the dugout. Class!

Nice video mate, a good win for us, missed some good goalscoring opportunities but Bristol did give a good account of themselves. You played well and got some good clean tackles in. Ref was decent but you got two yellows for nothing in particular imo, not that it affected the game much.

Been going 2 Leeds games 4 the last 44 years,seen the good,mostly bad and ugly of officials in 3 different divisions.Another thing u said that I disagree with is they got some 'good clean' tackles in? They kicked 7 shades of shit out of Rutter and took Ampadu out with 1 of the few dirty tackles made,lucky he wasn't injured,badly,ref waved play on. U not recall 10,000 people shouting wanker,wanker, wanker at ref? Booking Rodon was harsh,couple of minutes later,Bristol player makes a much worse challenge and does nothing, not even a talking 2? Thought Bristol C. did enough for a point at least any other day it would have been . Probably needed a bit more bite up front and those balls over the top down the wings had us on our backfoot plenty of times. Was good to see some highlights from away pov.

@@garyhillman4993 Bristol were out the blocks fast first 15 mins. They also had a good spell of pressure 2nd half. Yep Leeds took the game to them at times but if didn't take all their chances. We all know doesn't matter what is going on the pitch, at 2-1 you're still in the game and that one goal difference doesn't always reflect the match.
