    These tutorials are awesome! Thank you very much for showing your techniques! I used to make costumes and never was quite satisfied with the legs in the end, and your tutorial gave me ideas on how to better make the legs on my creature designs.

    Hey quick question! Whenever I see fur my thread breaks even though it’s heavy duty so I’m assuming it’s maybe the tension or length of each suture.... what do you recommend those two settings at and/or have you had this problem and how did you fix it?

    • @DreamVisionCreationsTutorials
      @DreamVisionCreationsTutorials  Před 3 lety

      i always recommend using coat thread with a heavy duty needle. tension is always tricky but thread breaking is usually from a damaged needle in my experience. ~mono

  • @Toastishott

    Where did you buy such long fur for the back of the foot? I've looked on etsy, and my local craft stores and nobody has more than 4 inch long fur.

    I had a question as im unsure when the next video in this series would be. Would clear plastidip sealer be okay to seal the hooves in as it was mentioned on the website to seal any hooves, ive used it on HD eva foam for cosplays and it seems fine but never blocked foam like this. Also, what do you put on the bottom of the shoes to hide the actual shoe texture? I was thinking of purchasing the small cloven hoof rubber bottoms but was curious about the left over exposed part, or how to sew the rubber onto the shoe itself.

    • @DreamVisionCreationsTutorials
      @DreamVisionCreationsTutorials  Před 3 lety

      Yes you can use plastidip or Flexbond to seal the hooves. for the bottom you can glue on the Cloven hoof bottoms using plumbing goop and no worries about sewing the edges as the foam has open pours to attach too. Or you can use rubber mat material designed for shoe bottoms. ~Monoyasha

      @@DreamVisionCreationsTutorials thank you so much for the reply. The hoof bottom doesn't cover the entire shoe though from what i can see so i may do both or just the rubber. Im so excited to start my project.

    Hi!! So Im not going to buy anything for years since im a bit young (just saying) but this is a question! I found your site a few days ago and I was looking at the k9 skull. It says its already hinged (glow in the dark is the one im looking at for future times) Does that come with 4 springs? (Two on both sides) just wanna make sure so i can note that down.
