Massey Ferguson 1155 540ci V8 startup.

7-23-14 I know that the Perkins 540 has a bit of a lope to it, but I don't know why mine is so bad. I have a feeling the guy I got it from changed something as he did some local pulling with this tractor too. At 1500 RPMS the motor has a serious lope to it and even makes operating the tractor a bit jerky. At 1700-2500 rpm it smooths out. I don't know anything about the injection or timing, but I would like to know how to smooth this engine out. I have heard others run and they are not this bad. This tractor has had a turbo installed, but I find it interesting that you can't even hear it.

yeah definately sounds like he did some governor work and the turbo is probably m and w cause if it was a air research or something else it would be singing the way that thing lopes nice tractor
