Cbd helps build muscle because cbd lowers cortisol levels which means body can build from the hard workout . I personally feel it helps with my intense traning . Along with breath work n mediation

With a 10mg dose of THC/CBD gummies, I wake up with zero soreness. it’s really the only thing I use anymore. I don’t take Ibuprofen unless I absolutely have to.

I like to use Midnight CBD after workouts. Gives me relaxation. #midnightcbd

CBD is something you have to use daily over time to notice a difference with your body! Takes about a month or a little more, depending on the person.

Not for me I took a few hits from my CBD vape pin and all of my redness in my knuckles and lower back pain disappeared in a few days

How?! I feel so weak and lethargic when I do so. All lifts immediately cut by half, as well as endurance. I have to save it for the post-workout lmao

I used to smoke myself before lifting. But I can honestly say it's been a huge improvement to drop the smoke and switch to edibles. Usually a 1:1 mix of thc and CBD. Around 80mg does the trick. Plus you don't mess with your O2 levels when you cut out the smoke

Nice video. It's worth getting the oils from Weedborn, though.
