Just going to point out that in Japan, coffee jelly is almost always served as a dessert, and not as a drink. I like buying coffee jelly from local convenience stores, but it's often on dessert menus at restaurants too. You'll generally get served a cup or bowl of jelly, which may have a dollop of whipped cream on top, and get a serving each of of half and half and simple syrup.
I think I would figure out how much coffee that instant would make and then back out that much water while substituting real fresh coffee in the recipe. (both milk and gel)

No hate given but she seems extremely nervous in this video. Possibly trying some breathing before or even a base level public speaking course would help. I personally as a viewer had a really hard time watching this because there were a lot of ums, nervous hair touching/gestures and lack of eye contact. I'm not saying give the camera a stare of death but it's nice to see a person's face every now and then instead of mostly looking down a good portion. I'd reccomend looking at maybe a few Gemma videos as she doesn't give the stare of death but tries to give the audience attention. Again wonderful seeing new faces, it really spices up the channel, but I thought it would be nice to have some construction since all the other comments are saying don't hate on Clementine. I know personally I like when people tell me how to improve.
I am sure they could do many takes and edits to get it more refined. However, I think it is part of the charm and her honest reactions are priceless. I would not change a thing. I think it is a good move by SCG and they know exactly what they are doing.
GJ Michaels I agree. I was just thinking that they could hire an out of work actor real cheap if they wanted it more polished. That would be boring. I like all the quirks and hope they keep it the way it is.
I really love that they incorporated her and don't use the same person over and over, however for me personally and I'm sure others it was a little distracting. As such I felt it was important to voice this for the creators. Which it appears she seemed more relaxed in her most recent video as there was much less ums, and fidgeting and I actually really enjoyed watching it. Now I'm not everyone so others may not find it distracting and like her style as its more laid back and not as straight laced.
GJ Michaels - I found this entertaining and fun to watch. She may have been a little anxious, but I agree, it is part of the charm. I enjoy the honest reactions, such as in the recent buttered rum video, especially the last time she tasted the coffee, near the end. I think she will have a good following.
