Where did you find this anchor😮, shall we have someone more qualified when you interview business people like these..
Did you get to know, why their US holdings company ' entire equity is pledged to US Banks ? And the same subsidiary also gives all revenues to the company. They are only able to grow through acquisition. And there have been issues at interest payment to Banks in spite of reserves and also delayed provident funds payments in india. And in 2020, they spinned off there SaaS business out of current business but have equal share in that business and no 'non compete agreement' on that business. There are many material matter disclosed in RHP. Which raises doubts on management intention and actions. Need to watch post listing for next 3 years to see further management behavior.
Do you really aware of their business and profit. Can you let me know where did you got details abt they make profit only thru acquisition? Their organic growth is 10X compared to Inorganic growth
Details regarding RHP needs to discussed..Don't just ask about biz model & revenue n all..Go for deeper analysis..Every mgmt says good about themselves..Anchor also need to do proper research before asking mgmt..Don't just take interview for the sake of taking it..Grill them like a BBQ..
This is more like a monologue than an interview...hard to keep track.
