This is very cute❣ And i just learned how to crochet a pleat two diff ways too. Yours is much more flat tho and less work/stitches. I like that. Saving this one for sure. 💞

@@zoerose3478 , you fold it then crochet it in place. Bulky it is. But if you need the poof it works.

This may seem like a silly question, but where do I take the hips measurement? Do I do it at my actual hips (as in where my hip bone is), or do I do it at the widest part of my pelvis? AKA slightly below and around the butt?
I’d say the widest part of your pelvis just for a more accurate fit
