It’s really difficult to discover and realize what Buddy is talking about here. I’ve been thinking a lot about Hell is in Your Head and how brilliant that album and saying is. I myself often go down this rabbit hole where you convince yourself people you like and admire don’t like you back just from the tiniest little perception. And the thought grows like a sickness and spreads like wildfire. It’s not just self destruction but also self DECEPTION. And in the end, it’s fucking irrelevant to you living your ultimate life. Thank you Buddy for always being an inspiration and role model for me! 🖤
