Another video how I made another board.
I never made this patern but it turned out better than expected.
It's made from Purple heart, padauk and oak.
Wow it turned out amazing well worth the thumbs up, thanks for posting

Nice job! do you have measurements for the pieces to make this board?
No I used 60mm wide strips and the padauk which was prrox 3.5cm and then just cut same square
Good work brother Skål 🫡
Thanks
Did you spray water on the board ? I have watched a lot of people spray with water.
Yes I do grain pop usually. Can't remember if I did on this one
Looks incredible. I Am wanting to Make a 10Ft × 2FT butcher block top for My Work bench it would look amazing in that pattern if I only had the skill, experience, concentration, time & tools to make it happen haha
Thanks. Yeah that size required a lot of time space and wood 😁
You did make it look too easy. It’s awesome but not easy at all imo
Awesome work on this serving tray. I don’t know what else to call it as all the research oak is an open grain though hardwood that isn’t considered good for cutting boards. Not saying many oak cutting boards aren’t sold but the can and will hold bacteria from my extensive research into it.
Thanks. Yeah I have heard abbout open grain on oak. Not sure if it's true lol. But oak is top seller for me.
@@WoodworkingUK top seller maybe also because it’s cheapest or the customer isn’t informed. Slightly more expensive but barely this days would be hard maple. Imo, I hold the same concept to makers like us and trillion dollar industries, just bc we can sell stuff cheap, hurt our customers, but make great money, should we. My thought is no. But everyone has to look at the trade offs. As long as your consistent for your customers as you think mega companies imo. Tons more in my head on the subject. That’s for the project regardless
