I loved staying at the riviera apart from my view , I had a preferred view ,but I personally didn’t feel the view should have been preferred view. I did ask for a move but the hotel was full ! However I wrote to Disney to say how disappointed I was ! They explained that standard views were the car park and have gifted me a stay there ! Wow what customer service ! Now very happy

I think Disney has excellent customer service and it's really nice to hear personal stories about interactions with them. I really enjoyed our preferred view but it's so hard with views as there are so many versions you can get and the photos we all see are always the absolute best view possible.
