I've been taking cold showers everyday and I feel more awake during the day than ever. It's really hard to stick to it during the winter but try to gradually move towards colder showers. I'll take a hot shower to start and the last couple of minutes I make the water cold and that seems to be pretty effective.
The thought of getting into a cold shower on a cold winter morning, literally gives me nightmares. xD
Ethan Lorince I've been taking cold showers for around 5 months now and I've definitely noticed a difference. It gets easier as time goes on. I've also started drinking warm honey lemon water right when I wake up. I've noticed that to be very beneficial too

Dude don't use coconut oil if you're not doing much cardio. It's really bad for your cholesterol. It's obviously fine for marathon runners but I had very high cholesterol from dieting using coconut oil. I really wouldn't recommend it if you're just mainly working out with weights.
