Vlogger walking out in the street in Cebu would get a ticket.....traffic cops standing around everywhere and would write you a ticket. This one American vlogger always got yelled at and got a ticket. As you probably know they don't stop at cross-walks anyway. May as well do a little jay-walking. :)

@@takeawalkpeter Everyone knows him as a vlogger with a big mouth (lol) and he said some ladyboys starting talking to him and probably grabbed it and walked away....too drunk to realize. He made a video where he had to start over buying a new one....lol I think this was his second time first was a bike and 2 riders....grabbed it and gone. :)
