It's fine. Rule of 4 isn't as big of a rule as a lot of people think. It's just to keep the battles less crazy. Giving information is nothing. It was happening on both sides. If Vlad came in and started shooting, then yeah it would be a problem.

People need to realize getting killed and making a new character isnt such a bad thing if you're good at rp. This is gta one wrong decision should cost you your characters life this isnt cod where you can keep respawning.

I feel like a lot of people don't want to because of the time they have put into them, which is extremely understandable. Plus there's also the meta of the server how it currently is and how frequent wars and conflict there is, someone isn't going to randomly perma a character with how frequently no one really goes to ICU at the very least. But then again NP has never been the serious RP server even back before it got the boom that it did. It was always FamRP the place viewers went if they wanted that type of serious RP with people following road rules, being legit like a IRL simulator for most of the people RP'ing there at one point, which to also be fair most of them have transitioned to NP or RedDead RP servers. But still, the server meta is very GTAOnline more than RP when it comes to crims and even cops, permas in wars won't really happen until the server changes.
Well nah people perma in Wars all the time actually. It's just that with groups like these, the wars aren't necessarily for RP in the sense of acting it out like you could Actually die. More or less just for pure entertainment purposes, which is also why most streamers won't perma off the whim, Because it's not serious for them. It's just for fun and the fuck of it. Besides wars are good for these guys every now and again, seeing how cop shootouts get repetitive more than crim fights do. It's just that lately the server got quiet and Wars started breaking out more do to the lack of serious action amongst groups that aren't really allies, then it died down and Because of RP, another one has sprung out

Then why are you trying to force other people into permaing if they don't want to. It's a game. NoPixel is far, FAR from realistic in any way shape or form. If you want that sort of experience I'm sure there are plenty of avenues you can explore. Even the bloody server owner doesn't perma any of his "main" characters.
