@@alicomando1195 I make no official medical claims, but (happily) a quarter of the new 2mg pill Circadin each evening has greatly improved my non-24. I can now go to sleep roughly the same time each night. (in my case ranging from 11pm-12am depending on how much late work I want to do). Might only be for over 55 year olds. Not sure. But, check it out folks.
Why are there NO interviews with ppl who are sighted who have Non 24?? I am 48 and have had Non 24 since I was a young child. This really angers me that there are NO videos on this in ppl who are sighted!!! I guess that is my cue to start those videos, huh??
I do too. Guess what it's 3am and will be sleeping at 6am
I have too....midday right now and been up since 9pm lastnight lol....researching about it as much as i can, sick of it
@@yowwjinn 3:19 here & I prob won't get to sleep until nearly around 5 am +/- like the last 2 nights. Makes my days awful. I was dx"d with Narcolepsy but I swear in my mind it's this after ruling out insomnia. I live in podunk Iowa & there are absolutely NO Drs here that even know much about simple Narcolepsy let alone Non-24. Any suggestions for a good Dr who dx'd anyone is very much appreciated. I will travel a distance if need be.
@Rich Williams me too I can’t stay on a sleep schedule, it cycles through takes about a month, I am so sick of this it’s been going on for like 10+ years at least and sleeping pills etc don’t help

Why does that man’s name sound so married to me? I swear I’ve heard it before. Can people who have very little light perception go into “non-24 like cycles “I could have been blind from her, but I do have light perception. It is only a little well, as I had cataracts on both eyes when I was born. If I hadn’t had one of them removed… The cataract, not the eye, I would not have had light reception. Can you in someway, either by staying up at night, playing on your computer or phone, or something else. Thank you for sharing the video. Is there a cure for non-24? 3:56
I just go to sleep later and later and later. About 2 weeks ago I was waking up at 1am and going to bed at 3pm. Now two weeks later I'm going to bed 1am and waking up at 7pm. There was a period where I went to sleep at 8 am and woke up at 6 pm for a while.
could non-24 beacon to a narcoleptic sleep disorder? That sounds that way to me. I guess I answered my own question… Or Tonya did anyway, about people with life perception not getting at 24. I graduate high school the year that Tony got hit by that drain. 5:11
