The green light is the electronic suspension they have been working on. He has like 3 buttons on it. There is a post you can search on it.

he had it on his previous Demo a bunch over the past few seasons, usually on tracks with a sprint (Lousa comes to mind). Speculation is suspension lockout.
I think, it's going to be a bit more refined than just a lockout. Saw him at Coronet last week and the frame didn't look especially stock.

That prototype looks like Banshee Legend seatstay and I guess they removed one of the linkage that pulls up and reinforced the chainstay and some redesign linkage on chainstay part

Might be suspension compression/lockout, for flat pedal sections

Adjustable suspension for more pedalling efficiency on flat section... Correct me if I'm wrong
I wanted to know the same. Looks like there is some cables on his fork, you can't see his shock for the cover. He had a switch last year on the fork that he used on a pedal-section.
Wish I hadn't seen this before I watched the replay. Posting a spoiler headline only 2 hours after the broadcast? Crankworx must not be concerned about views.

So much Tech in the first 60 sec and they skipped right over it with no vid. As impressive as it is watching them go fast tech is where time is lost and gained.
He won at the top, and RedBull skipped the first 60 seconds of track..... thanks.... not really.

I watched 2 crankworx rider videos today, didn't subscribe. Then this is recommended and ruins the race with a SPOILER no alert. Definitely no sub now
