Just want to suggest to try staying away from dairy/cheesy foods when you're not feeling well. It's not the best for when you're congested. Hot/warm soupy foods with broths, of course teas helps loosen up the mucus that's causing congestion. But anyway, you're probably feeling better by now. I hope so!!

You would love echinacea, soon as you feel sick take it. The liquid form is best but they have it in pill form. Nasty stuff but worth it.
