    Thank you so much for posting this! Been frustrated how to fix my netflix in my sony bravia for 2 days now! since my son reset the internet and then suddenly i can't access my netlix! been trying to do some tutorial how to fix it but doesn't work for me or they have different settings so i can't really follow the instructions. you are heaven sent and this is your birthday gift to me actually. Because it's my birthday today! Thank you so much!!! keep on posting helpful stuffs!!! :)

    None of these worked for me. However, they provided a clue. I had to go into The Sony TV settings menu. Then Network. Then 'Refresh Internet Content'. Once I did that, I could get Netflix to run again on my Sony TV.

      @@rozetagoxhaj9332 Go to System Setting or whatever its and then go to Network. There you will find it. Except of course you already did considering your comment is already a week old.

    I am amazed unplugging Sony Smart TV worked. Thank you so much. I was told to buy a new TV or a set up box. I do not watch TV only Netflix. Bless you and yours. 👏👏👏👍👍👍

    Hi. Thank you so much ! My netflix was not working for whole week tried everything reset the Netflix and tv settings etc still no luck. Found your clip said switch off tv from mains plug and not from the tv. And it works fine now ! Thank you so much and keep up the good work

    It worked. BTW I unplugged it when the TV was still on, and it worked. Previously I turned the TV off wihh remote before I unplugged it which didn't do the trick. Thanks so much!

    and actually i just unpluged the tv and as you have said wait for 60 secs! and it works!!! :) so happy!! :)

    Thanks for the advice, but it still hasn't corrected my issue. I have a sony Bravia, I have to press the home button to go to the netflix app. Once I click on the app I get Netflix in red with the circle of death spinning. The screen will then act as if it has connected then blank out back to Netflix and the circle of death. I have unplug the tv, while its off, while its on. I have reset the TV back to factory. Netflix works on my laptop and my wifes sony TV. I at a loss.

    65” Bravia 850D This Sony TV is garbage, 6 years dealing with the same connections issues and yes the only fix is keep unplugging from the wall. Been doing that since day one, of course I did not know this was a broad issue, and thought It was my internet otherwise I would’ve returned it. I payed $1800 for this TV and my 1 year old LG $280. Has a better picture and have none of this connection issues
