it took us (two people) about 8 hours to assemble. The trick is to have the other person push the metal from the other side while the other one drills the screw in. For some of the holes, the screw doesn't catch and bends the metal inwards instead. That's why it's so hard to drill the screw in. But if the other person is pushing in the other direction from the other side, then that screw goes in.

Some advice after putting this together. When you line up the screw to the holes youre about to screw them into, you need to do so at a large angle against the holes, pretty much sideways otherwise they will not catch (do not screw them dead on/straight) if you use this technique and then once they catch they start to line up properly as you continue to screw them in. Ones that dont catch end up de-threading the screw but i had quite a few spare screws in the pack so was ok, however there was not any extra nuts for the bolts and after loosing a few in the grass, i ended up buying some extra from hardware store (m4 size nut). Dont do it if its windy! Good luck!

Iv notice that people have been commenting on here for a few years right up untill our comment today. And not even the OP has commented to help any consumers out........ I think their franchise builds, all the same blueprint but sold to diffrent companies to have their logo stamped on! Im interested to see how everyone got one. My ex partner has built the metal foundation base and the corners do not align correctly to the holes mounted on the foundation rails. Someone commented and said that you need to screw in from a literal sideways angle else it will not catch amd thread correctly...... Anymore unexpected missed details we should be aware of?

Tip: use the paper instructions for what part you need and use the video to see which was you put it together. Took 2 experienced men 3 hours. Terrible instructions.

Your gunna need to drill new holes mate.were having the same issues here today, some of the corner pieces fit but the others dont. Im guessing you need to be aggressive but firm with it.....

Exactly, were trying to see how the side panala fit around the corners as the holes don't match up at all.its like looking at a road map where the M52 is labeled as the M6
