  • Athletes, looking to boost agility, speed, eye coordination, and ball tracking skills?
    Try the high-speed Side Carioca Sled Drag with approximately 10% of your bodyweight loaded.
    Focus on driving off your outside leg with rapid hip turnover. Ramp up intensity gradually to enhance explosiveness.
    Aim for five to six sets, one rep in each direction, resting about two minutes between each effort. 🏃‍♂️💨

    If it’s got the boovef boovef it’s good. 10/10 would recommend and it’s not complete without the noise ask my players. Thanks Coach as always

    I thought it was better to keep the lead leg in the ground when doing the hip rotation with the trail leg, rather than jumping into the next rep.
    Maybe im thinking of the body weight warm-up version tho.
    Which is also kinda difficult for me.
    I can't weight to get my sled.
